PROJECTS: It will easily go another 20-40,000 miles with no problems, but right now is the best time for me to spend some quality time with my dad turning this innocent little 210hp Iroc into a one MaD HoT RoD!

UPDATE: The new engine is IN and tuned. Dyno charts to be uploaded soon. Best #'s are 283rwhp and 396rwtq STD. If i had known. I would have requested SAE numbers.

Here are the current plans in the order i will most likely beable to complete them:

  • 305-350 swap: L31 5.7 Vortec Engine - Vortec 64cc heads, 4bolt main block, 1.5 rr, ZZ-4 Cam (Dur @.050: 208/221 - .474/.510 - 112lca), Sdpc Vortec TPI intake COMPLETED
  • Exhuast: SLP 1 3/4th's Headers, Cut Out COMPLETED
  • Trans: I had the 700R4 rebuilt w/ shift kit, hardended shell, new converter etc. COMPLETED
  • Intake: AS&M runners, 52mm TB, Custome home made ram-air setup through foglights
  • Driveshaft: Steel - Aluminum
  • Gears: 2.73 to 3.42 , with stronger 10bolt or ausi 9
  • Brakes: Rear Drums to Disc conversion, Red Painted calipers w/ Iroc-Z letters
  • Wheels: ROH Snypers: 17X8 front and 17X9 back COMPLETED
  • Suspension: LCA's, SFC's, Eibach springs, Koni Shocks & struts, etc... COMPLETED
  • Interior: Black leather 4th gen T/A seats, factory molded flame red carpet and headliner
  • Paint: Will be touched up, Iroc-Z decals moved to original 1990 location, Red Ghost Flames
